I realise the immense pressure that clients face during the final colour selection appointment with the builder. The abundance of choices and the limited time frame can be overwhelming, and it’s crucial to ensure every detail is covered.
To ease your worries, I offer pre-appointment consultations to thoroughly prepare you for the final selection day. Should you require more extensive assistance, I can accompany you through the entire selection process by attending all your appointments with the builder.
Design Fees:
The cost of an in-home preselection consultation covers a fee of $450, which entitles you to 3 hours of my dedicated time.
For my accompanying service during your selection appointments, the fee is $250 for 2 hours of my time. Any additional hours beyond the first 2 are billed at my standard hourly rate.
